Description

A single oyster shell dominates the composition, rendered in loose, gestural brushstrokes of cream, tan, and deep purple against a soft sage green ground. The paint application is expressionistic and sketchy, capturing the shell's organic form with warmth and movement while maintaining a contemplative, intimate quality. Made to order from soft micro-twill and cut by hand, insert included. Real art for the spaces you actually use, not store-shelf filler.

Care

About The Artist

My art is not perfect, but neither am I. I want my art to make people smile! I have 2 children's alphabet books on Amazon; "A is for Armadillo B is for Booby C is for Capybara" and "Axolotl to Zonkey". Both are written and illustrated by me. The animals are unusual and unique because I wanted to spark children's curiosity.
